O.R.I./Graystone Natural is led by Gray McDermid, a pet industry professional, who started a cat sitting business at age 11 and has been involved in the pet industry professionally for over 10 years. A truly global company, the five employees are located all over the globe including the USA, Europe and South America. Over half of the employees are women, including the head of marketing, head of Amazon sales and head of Chewy and marketplace sales.
